1. SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Upon successful order placement, customers will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once the order is dispatched.
Shipping Times
Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 5–10 business days. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping destination, product availability, and third-party logistics delays. Certain products may be shipped directly from international suppliers and may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Costs
Shopful USA offers free standard shipping on eligible orders. Expedited or express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Shopful USA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a lost package, customers must contact support within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve any issues and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
2. RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) to initiate a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened personal care or beauty products
- Intimate apparel or items worn directly on the skin
- Items marked as "final sale"
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence must be provided. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@shopfulusa.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped to the return address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. If a refund is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
